Signs of change. Your new HOA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the signs around our pond will soon be changing to allow fishing for our members of the Southwest HOA. YOU are all responsible! Without your annual dues, we could not have made this happen. Our insurance company was very pleased with the upgrades that we have recently made to the pond. They have given us the go-ahead to allow fishing effective immediately! We still recommend catch and release but the water has been professionally tested and the fish and water are safe. The new signs will include no swimming or wading, boat or watercraft, ice skating, and all motorized vehicles are prohibited.
We could not have made this happen without everyone’s support. This is a win for all of us. Keep supporting our HOA and we will keep doing our best to support you with H.E.A.R.T. (Harmony, Empathy, Action, Relationships, Transparency.)
